We are offering a Coaching and Mentoring programme as we are passionate about the importance of education, training, learning and development, both to develop our own workforce to support the delivery of high-quality care and to help in achieving our strategic objectives. This opportunity is open to everyone - if you are interested in receiving coaching, please have a look at our list of Coaches on the Mye-coach portal and choose a Coach to get in contact with. If you have a recognised Coaching qualification and would like to register as a Coach, please submit a Coaching Application, through the portal.

What is Coaching?
Coaching is a goal-orientated, result-focussed, professional alliance based on the principles of integrity, accountability, respect and a belief in human potential. Coaching involves examining and clarifying an individual’s needs, values and beliefs and as a result, develop goals that will lead them to reach their full potential, to achieve personal and professional success.
